Opus KC, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, "Opus"), and Opus's suppliers and content providers (collectively, "Providers") value the real estate agents, brokers, and other visitors to and end users of (each, a "User") the www.quicklook.biz Web site and online real estate listing service (the "QuickLook Service") and respect Users' privacy. Opus is committed to safeguarding the information Users entrust to Opus and believes every User should know how Opus handles the information Opus collects from Users. Therefore, Opus has adopted this privacy policy to explain its practices relating to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of information collected from Users.

Opus reviews this policy regularly, and makes changes in connection with its review. Please check this privacy policy page periodically for changes. User's continued use of the QuickLook Service following the posting of changes to this privacy policy means that the User has accepted those changes.

Personal Information

For purposes of this privacy policy, "personal information" means information that can be linked to a specific individual, such as name, address, mobile and wired telephone numbers, e-mail address, and credit card number. Personal information also includes demographic information (e.g., occupation, employer, and other biographical information), location information (e.g., zip code, fine location information), and other information, once it is associated with a User's personal information. However, personal information does NOT include information that Opus collects but does not associate with a User and the User's personal information.

The Information Opus Collects

Opus automatically collects information from a User's visit to or use of the QuickLook Service through use of various types of technology, such as cookies, Web beacons and pixel tags, and unique device identifiers to anonymously identify a User's computer or device to improve a User's experience with the QuickLook Service. When a User uses the QuickLook Service, Opus collects information about the search engine the User used to access the QuickLook Service, the previous Web sites the User visited, the Web sites or advertisements the User viewed or selected while visiting or using the QuickLook Service, the type of Internet browser the User used, the computer operating system the User used, and the User's computer's IP address.

Opus collects personal information provided by a User, such as when the User creates an account with the QuickLook Service, creates an agent profile or a listing through the QuickLook Service, and when a User communicates with Opus by e-mail or through the QuickLook Service. Opus may also collect and store a User's precise geographic location as a part of the User's profile.

The Quick Look Service provides real estate agents and brokers with the ability to create and post electronic listings for available properties, and to otherwise engage in behavior that is intended to be viewed by other Users and the general public (collectively, "Public Conduct"), such as posting listings; using the User's Facebook® or Twitter® account or other functionality to share or comment on listings made available by a User through the QuickLook Service; and uploading photographs. If authorized by a User, Opus may access profile and other information from services like Facebook® and Twitter®. Opus may also track Public Conduct and may aggregate this information with other information Opus collects from a User's use of the QuickLook Service. A User's user ID and screen name, and all information disclosed by engaging in Public Conduct, is public, and may also be forwarded to other Web sites as a part of an API or other format. Moreover, if a User engages in Public Conduct, any personal information posted or submitted may also be collected and used by other users of these features to send the User marketing messages and for other purposes.

In addition, Opus may collect information about Users from other sources. While not all of the information that Opus collects from Users and other sources is personal information, it may be associated with personal information that Users provide through the QuickLook Service.

Opus's Use of Information

Opus uses personal information for the purpose for which the User provided it, such as to fulfill a User's request for products, services, or information, to activate a User's account, to allow a User to prepare and publish listings through the QuickLook Service and otherwise engage in Public Conduct on the QuickLook Service.

Opus uses personal information to support its relationship with Users, improve its product and service offerings, and to communicate with Users regarding products, service and promotions. Opus may also use information (including personal information) it collects for research regarding the effectiveness of the QuickLook Service and the marketing, advertising and sales efforts of Opus and its Providers.

Opus's Sharing of Information

Opus may share information (including personal information) with Providers so that Providers may assist Opus in completing User requests for products, services, or information, activating User accounts, and otherwise making the QuickLook Service available to Users. Providers' use of information is limited to these purposes, and is subject to agreements with Opus requiring them to keep the information confidential and take reasonable steps to safeguard the information provided by Opus.

Currently, Opus does not share personal information with Providers or others for direct marketing purposes. If Opus does elect to share personal information with Providers or others for direct marketing purposes, then Opus will provide Users with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sharing.

Opus may use third party advertising networks to serve advertisements on the QuickLook Service. The cookies received with banner advertisements served by these networks are used to collect and build anonymous behavioral profiles by these networks to deliver targeted advertisements and tracking referrals. QuickLook generally does not have access to this information.

Opus may allow analytics companies to access anonymous data (such as a User's IP address or device ID) to help Opus understand how the QuickLook Service is used, and to improve the QuickLook Service. These analytics companies use this data solely on behalf of Opus. They do not share it except in aggregate form; no data is shared as to any individual User.

From time to time, Opus may be required to disclose personal information in response to a court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. Opus also reserves the right to share personal information with law enforcement agencies concerning any activities that Opus, in good faith, believes to be unlawful. Opus also may share certain personal information when Opus believes that such sharing is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of Opus, its Providers, and others.

Opus may also share personal information with third parties in relation to planned or potential corporate sales, mergers, reorganizations, consolidations, dissolutions, bankruptcies or similar events. As a part of any such transaction, Opus will treat a User's personal information as an asset and transfer it to the purchaser.

Opus takes commercially reasonable precautions to safeguard Users' personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Opus encrypts the transmission of data through the QuickLook Service when a User provides payment information. Users' personal information that is maintained on Opus's systems is protected using industry standard security measures. However, Opus cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from Opus's systems will be completely secure.

If a User resides outside of the United States, such as in the European Union or elsewhere, then the User should be aware that any information provided to Opus through the QuickLook Service or otherwise will be transferred to and processed in the United States. If a User does not wish for Opus to transfer its personal information into the United States, do not submit it to Opus. If a User provides Opus with personal information, then Opus will treat the submission of that information as the User's consent to allow Opus to transfer it to the United States. Any personal information that Opus collects from a User through the QuickLook Service will be treated in accordance with this privacy policy.

Correcting or Updating Personal Information

Opus retains a User's personal information for as long as the User maintains a QuickLook Service account, and for a reasonable time thereafter. Opus also retains, in the aggregate, all information that is not personal information gathered from a User's visit to or use of the QuickLook Service for a reasonable period after the date of the visit or use of the QuickLook Service.
